Experiential learning includes a range of components which deliver the value. These are:

Video analysis: group sessions where each individual views their own progress. Coaching is provided during these sessions leading to significant breakthrough moments
Horse coaching in the arena with two experienced horse trainers with each participant working with their own horse
Coaching around Impact Leadership’s Seven Leadership principles
Facilitation designed to embed the new principle-based behaviours into the participant’s existing work rituals
On-going support and application work over the course of nine emails
